Drunk driving: Sanjuana Toledo arrested for driving while intoxicated with her 13-and 16-year-old children in north Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A mother was arrested after she was located to be driving below the influence with her two young children in the automobile, in accordance to Harris County Precinct 4.

On Tuesday at about 12:30 a.m., Harris County deputies initiated a site visitors stop in the 400 block of North Sam Houston Parkway East.

Deputies have been capable to cease Toledo and learned her 13-and 16-year-old youngsters were also inside of the car or truck. Officials reported Toledo showed symptoms of intoxication.

Officers said she resisted arrest and swung at a deputy.

Toledo was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with a felony driving although intoxicated with a youngster passenger, felony evading in a motor car or truck, and resisting arrest.
